F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ with 2500K

Im totally new to overclocking but Im going to try it with my new PC. I know Ill probably have a bunch of wacky problems when I start to overclock.
But I wanted to ask what mHz speed and voltage my F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ ram will be default, and will it run my system ok at stock.
Im getting a Intel Core i5 2500K, and a ASUS P8P67 PRO motherboard

DDR3-1333 CL9 is default.

With that motherboard, enable XMP Profile in BIOS and it will operate at max performance.
