RAM & MB compatibility

Hi,

I'm building a new system and would like to use Gskill 10666CL9T2-24GBRL DDR3 1333 and Asus Rampage III Formula motherboard. CPU will be Intel I7-950 3.06Ghz. I do not see this RAM directly listed in the Asus owner's manual. Will this RAM/MB combination work?
