Ripjaws 4gb kit F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL & F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ

I'm planning to add another 4gb to my system with the Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL kit, but I currently have the 4gb F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ kit. I just wanted to see if there is any significant difference between the two and if they would be compatible with each other? Specs-wise I believe they are completely identical. Would this cause any trouble if I had the NQ pair on one channel and the RL pair on another channel? I have a cpu heatsink that may cause clearance issues with the Ripjaws, so I'm planning to have those on my main channel and the NQ's on the secondary.
