Thanks for this advice, but there was another BSOD 3minutes after booting the OS.
I want to add, that the Motherboard has problems to auto restart. For example if you save bios settings he should restart but he doesn't. The coolers are on and spining but nothing happens...?

Defective motherboard? Can you post your CPU Voltage values and RAM timings as seen from CPU-z?

          Hi,

I can't believe that the motherboard is defective because its the second one with the same problems. I also tried it with a msi-board.
          Here the CPU-Z pictures

Should have pretty much been plug-n-play with the exception of manually entering you four primary memory timings and command rate.
Have you tested the memory modules using Memtest?

You can try taking DRAM voltage from [Auto] to 1.5v by entering it manually in the BIOS
You might also try giving CPU/NB voltage another small bump and see what happens

Try 8-8-8-24, sounds like your CPU IMC may be too weak for 7-7-7-

              Thank you

                I solved it!!

First of all thanks a lot for your help.

It was the CPU, yesterday I tried to change settings in Bios just with the CPU and the Memory installed. I tried really weak settings for the RAM but my BIOS could not save them or restart without error. I think its very rare that you get a defective CPU when you buy it but that was the case for me. Probably it was the IMC thats located nowadays in CPU, my vendor also testet the CPU with the same errors so he gave me a new one and it works fine

Glad to hear. I thought it was really weird when DDR3-1333 CL7 did not work. =D Just like you, I don't really assume new CPUs would be defective, but it does happen!

                  Thank you
