G.SKill ECO serries canot boot up in AsRock

We got problems in some Asrock mainboard like as ASROCK H55 Extreme3 rev 1.02 and also P55 Deluxe3. some our customer claim about this module. when the mainbaord above plug in Ripjaws memory so work fine. what the mainboard is not supported for module with low voltage or any compatibilty issue in the Memory. i have tried to update latest bios from website. and i also setup as manualy bios for voltage of DIMM is 1,5V but PC cannot boot normaly. in the ASrock P55 extreme3 in the debug led show "3C" and the ascrock H55 extreme3 PC stop at initial memory at POST. pls help me for this problems. thanks

H55 does not support low voltage memory, so the only thing you can try is overlock the memory so it can use 1.50V, but if you try rated specs, it probably won't work.
