I have a general knowledge of computers but am by no means a guru.
I have ordered a new laptop (Acer Aspire AS7551G-5821) and I was wanting to order memory to upgrade the 4GB(2GBx2) to 8GB(4GBx2) and wanted to double-check the compatibility.
Computer: Acer Aspire AS7551G-5821
Memory: F3-10666CL9D-8GBSQ
CPU: AMD Phenom II Quad-Core N930 2.0G
Motherboard: Unknown (googled to death and can't figure out what comes with it? Am I computer illiterate?)
I have read a review from someone who has tried putting this memory into this laptop and they could only get it to run at 1066 MHz rather than the advertised 1333 MHz.
Looking for an expert to confirm or deny this issue 8)
