    Welcome to our forums.

    In JumperFree configuration,
Set Memory Clock Mode to manual
    Set Memclock value to 800Mhz.
Unfortunately, by looking at your motherboard manual, I didn't see where you can change RAM timings. There is DRAM Timing Mode but it didn't show the options that would appear if a mode was to be set. Can you check what if anything new appears when you set DRAM Timing Mode to DCT0. Also, there doesn't seem to be a DRAM voltage option unless it is hidden and ASUS decided to save paper by not mentioning it in the manual.

when given the option dct 0, dct 1, and both a new display appears offering me the timings CL, tRCD, tRP, and tRAS among others. there is a voltage option as well when set to manual starts at 1.05 increasing in .15 increments.
