    Yes, in addition. It surely can be a problem with the memory. It is rated for 1.35V, so your minimum 1.50V may be a problem. This board isn't bad, but the issue you're having does make it seem that way. I would simply suggest a different kit to make sure the voltage is not the problem.

      The ripjaws you listed seem like they'd be great, but Asus does not list them on it's QVL for memory for the mobo I have. Has anyone at gskill actually tested this ram on my mobo?

        Also - one thing I'm struggling with because of how the information is offered by the manufacturers, is locating an alternate AM3 mobo that actually supports the RAM I have. Is there one?

          We have not tested because it was not made for your motherboard. Only the 890 chipset supports 1.35V memory, which is what the ECO series is.
