    Problems timing F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM

    Hello everyone, i seem to be having difficulty timing this ram at 7-8-7-24-34-2t at 1.65votls (1600mhz XMP) Even right now running at 1516mhz i can not run them in 9-9-9 timings, so they are defauled at 11-11-11 clocks

    Heres my system info:
    EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX X58 SLI LE

    G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM Ripjaws 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL7-8-7-24 240PIN Dual Channel i5 Memory Kit @ 1516mhz- 11-11-11-29-88 1t clocks (defualt)


    Intel Core i7 930 D0 Stepping Quad Core Processor LGA1366 @ 3.6 (189.5x19)



    Coolermaster RR-920-N520-GP Hyper N520 Copper 5-HEATPIPE CPU Heatsink W/ Fan LGA1156 1366 775 AM3

    Very weird... test each at a time with the rated specs.. you should have no problems. Do you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard?

    Also, you should have purchased a triple channel kit instead of a dual channel.

      I looked at the latest bios updates, however they didn't mention anything about ram. Currently a dual channel set up

        Hello?? i need to know if this ram is good or not? i didn't pay 120$ for them to not work for me.

          Send them in for new replacements. You should not have a problem. I would also suggest getting a triple channel kit, which is what your motherboard supports.

            Can i RMA these and purchase one more 2gb stick to have triple channel? Whats my time period to them back?

              Yes, when you contact the RMA department with the RMA request form, let them know you want an extra stick.

              Our memory is lifetime warranty, so you have plenty of time.
