i want to get it 1600 not 1333..i was hoping you can help with it. mine's 955 BE

Set the memory frequency, timings, and voltage. Then also increase CPU-NB Voltage +0.1V. This will stabilize the memory controller for the memory. THe 955 CPU does not fully support DDR3-1600 natively.
