Need help with the timings please.

I click use XMP profile 1 and it looks to set the timings and the speed but in reality it just sets the speed and not the proper timings.

It sets the ram to 1600 and 10-9-8 speeds..

I can manually put in 7-8-7 but there are SO many more settings to optimize and would like the correct timings to put in here or at least the ballpark please.

Here are two screen shots showing my current list of settings available and what it is using currently.

BIOS looks fine, the bottom ones will detect correctly as long you set the first 4.
