  • RAM is getting HOT

    Hi,
I use your RAM, but my 2 month old machine froze today, and it's getting really hot, especially the RAM (orange):

I ran Apple Hardware Test, it says anything is normal.
Is there something wrong with it, or is this normal operating temperature of the RAM? It's FA-10666CL9D-8GBSQ in a mid-2010 unibody Mac Mini.

How old is your unit, this may sound stupid but do you have any heavy build up of dust on the vents? Honestly could not tell what my Sager put my Ram at, since I run a laptop cooler on my unit.

I'm guessing this is in Celsius.. so it is quite hot. What is room temp? If room temp is 41 like it is here in California, it may be normal. =D

      Thank you
