  • Badly need specifications of F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH

    Hi there,
    I badly need the exact specifications of G.Skill RipJaws DIMM Kit 4GB PC3-12800U CL7-7-7-24 (DDR3-1600) (F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH).
My Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3, 870 doesn`t detect them right. To configure them manually I need:
    CAS# latency:
    RAS to CAS R/W Delay:
    Row Precharge Time:
    Minimum RAS Active Time:
    1T/2T Command Timing:
    TwTr Command Delay:
    Trfc0 for DIMM1:
    Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.
    Trfc2 for DIMM2:
    Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.
    Trfc1 for DIMM3:
    Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.
    Trfc3 for DIMM4:
    Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.
    Write Recovery Time:
    Precharge Time:
    Row Cycle Time:
    RAS to RAS Delay:
    Thank you,

    Ele,

The only adjustments you might need to make are to the four primary memory timings, the command rate and the dram voltage.

    For your kit that would be;
    7-7-7-24
    2N Command Rate
    1.65 Dram Voltage

Everything else should be left on auto.
    MSI Big Bang xPower x58
    Intel i7 950
    GSkill DDR3 2000 6x2Gb
    Gigabyte GTX 460 x2 SLi
OCZ Vertex 2 SSD - OS Drive
    WD Black 640Gb x2 RAID0 - Apps and Programs
WD Black 1Tb backup and storage
    Corsair TX950W
Water cooling - Swiftech and DangerDen

      (Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.)
      Trfc2 for DIMM2:
      (Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.)
      Trfc1 for DIMM3:
      (Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.)
      Trfc3 for DIMM4:
      (Options are: 90ns, 110ns, 160ns, 300ns, 350ns.)
      Write Recovery Time5T,6T,7T,8T,10T,12T)
      Precharge Time: (4T,5T,6T,7T)

      RAS to RAS Delay4T,5T,6T,7T)
I wrote you the possible values I can choose in bios in ().
I don`t want to damage my ram so I need this values. If you don`t want or are allowed to post them here please send me them by private message as they done it by my old ram from OCZ before.
      Thanks.

What CPU do you have? Not all AMD CPUs can operate this memory spec.

        Thank you

          I have an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition, 6x 3.20GHz, boxed (HDT90ZFBGRBOX).
Nothing is overclocked or something like that.
          Thank you

i bought the 1055T and i had to be very carefull when i bought the ram. AMD is a hard board to buy "excotic" ram for. Try the AMD forums, good guys there if you pose the question right. I have found that the mobo makers dont all ways list the compatible ram correctly at their sites.

I would have wanted to get a more aggressive ram also but was afraid of it not posting when i put everything together so i went with some safe CL9. Hope it works out for you. good luck

For everything else there is no auto. Just for those values which we already got.

CL9 is not acceptable. If I would use CL9 I would had brought Ram with CL9. But thanks
