    Hello I have :

    CPU : intel i7 920
    MB : X58A-UD3R
    GPU : 5770
    Memory : F3-12800CL9T-3GBNQ

    I have an issue with one of the 3 memories : It sometimes desapears, causes blue screens and reboots.
    When I remove it : no more troubles.
    I tested it indidually (remove 2 other ones) --> sometimes the PC don't want to start, or also blue screens.
    I also tested the 2 other ones individually : they work ok.

    I contacted my reseller and made some diags with him, and he finally told me that we had to launch the RMA procedure.
    He told me that I had to send back ALL the memories because GSKILL asks to have all the memory pack and the delay is from 2 to 6 weeks, or more...

    I ask you your point of view because I don't understand why I should send ALL the memories and stop my PC for weeks, whereas only one has some troubles and my PC can work during this time with only 2 memories.

    If you send it directly to us, we can accept partial kits, but for vendors they must attain the entire kit so they can request an entire kit from us.

    You can just send 3 not all 6.
