1. Is it possible to overclock my timings to 7 7 7 24 @ 1600mhz & if not what timings?
2. Overclocking will void my Ram warranty?

No, the best I have seen is 8-8-8-24 but at 1.65V.

Overclocking doesn't void warranty, as long as it is done safely/correctly. If you have no idea how and try 1.80V DDR3-2000, then it may destroy the memory and void your warranty.
