Would there be compatibilty issues with this combination dual-channel (2 x F3-10666CL9S-4GBRL = 8 GB) using an i7-870?

Also, what would be the highest voltage I could use 24/7 with this memory if I were to OC?

I would suggest the dual channel kit instead.

F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

Should be no problems.

For voltage, I would suggest not going much above 1.65V
