Hi,
Are these essentially the same modules or is one better than the other? Looking at the stated timings, it would seem as though each would be able to do vice versa?

CL7-7-7-21 for the 1333MHz at 1.35V
CL7-8-7-24 for the 1600MHz at 1.35V

Right, they are very very close, but not quite. The DDR3-1600 is still better, and will overclock much higher.

Fantastic, I've just pulled the trigger on some 1600s. Will clock them down to 1333 to see if I can get better than 7-7-7-20 with my i5 and will use them at 1600 for my i7 upgrade in the near future.
