Can someone please help me get this stable at 1600MHz? Thanks.

Try 2T. What slots do you have them installed in? I believe they should be in the two furthest away from the CPU.

I can't set the command rate on this mobo. I currently have it in the slot closest to the cpu.

Move them and that shouls solve the problem.
