F3-10666CL7D-4GBECO Cold Boot Problems

I have F3-10666CL7D-4GBECO on the GA-P55A-UD4P motherboard. Windows 7. Eventually, when I get the computer started, it is very stable. However, I go through about 30 minutes of memory-related reboots if the computer has been off for several hours. The errors are always memory-related BSOD's - page fault in non-paged area and the like. If the computer has been on, and it is a simple restart, there aren't any issues. If the computer has been on for several hours, each memory passes memtest. I think this is the coldboot problem others have discussed on the board.

What should I do for a solution?

Send them in for new replacements to see if that solves the problem.
