Model of the CPU: Intel? Core? i7-940 Processor (8M Cache, 2.93 GHz)
Hard Drive : Intel? X25-M 160GB

I am debating on what to get F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ or F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI
What is the difference between those two beside the CL and what would be the best option?

Planning to buy :
ATI Radeon HD5770 or
Antec 900
BFG 550 Watts PC Power Supply (BFGR550WGXPSU)

Will that be a good combo?

With your stated hardware, you will want to go with F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI for sure. The NQ is a standard series, so the performance PI would be more suitable.
