Low Windows Experience Index rating?

I'm currently using 2GB of this product: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231134

I set the timings to 8-8-8-21 in the BIOS of my motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128420

My Windows Experience Index pegs my memory subsystem at a 5.5 and that seemed low to me considering that my processor pulls 6.9.

Is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong, the operating system takes about 1GB, so only 1GB is available. To the WEI, that's basically nothing, and probably the reason why it's only reading 5.5 for memory.

It is a rough estimation. Not anything precise. Just a basic estimation feature that proves to be catchy for many people.
