  • Overclocking F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ + X58A-UD3R

    Have these rams http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231225

    F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ ram runs fine at 9-9-9-24 2T @ 1.5V

I'm trying to overclock these rams to 1800 Mhz

Would it be safe to go past the rated voltages (1.6v max rated)?

Looking to try these settings in BIOS

x10 memory multi SPD and 20-22 uncore freq, with 1.66V Dram voltage and 1.35-1.45 QPI/VTT

And this review shows the overclockablitity for the rams

You don't want to go much beyond 1.65V, but as long as you have the precise QPI/VTT Voltage, it should be fine.

    Thank you
