Setting up 12800CL7D-4GBECO to 1600Mhz

I pretend to buy a F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO to use with my i5 750 + P7P55D PRO.

What I need to do to put it in 1600Mhz?
Overclock the i5 750? Also, do I need to disable 'Turbo Mode' of the i5 too?

Another question:
If I don't overclock my CPU, which speeds/timings these RAMs will run? Stable at 1333Mhz/7-8-7-24-2N/1.35v?

Simply enable the XMP profile under "Ai Overclock Tuner" and everything should be fine. If running at DDR3-1333, 6-7-6-21 should work fine.
