my computer specs :
Gigabyte GA P55 UD3R
Intel Core i5 750
2x2 Go G.Skill F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL

Sapphire HD3870

i've been struggling for a few moments now with a lot of BSOD (memory management, service system exception, irql less or not equal, etc) when booting my computer at cold. Every morning i try to make my computer work but it crashes 10 times before i can use it properly.
i ran a memtest at cold boot with both sticks and thousands of errors occurred at the beginning of the test, so i tested each stick one by one on every slot to find out which stick was faulty.
But Memtest did not find any errors.
When i run my computer with one stick, there's no problem no matter which stick is used.
When my computer eventually works with the 2 sticks, i can play games for hours without any problems.
I'm from France, i've made the kit be tested by the hardware seller where i bought the sticks (Materiel.net) and they found no errors.
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits, and drivers up to date.
i don't know what to do and it's really irritating.
i know people her have experienced the same problem but i did not find any solution.
