Okay the title has what I either have or have coming....so will it be win, loose, or draw in the compatibility department?

haha, I'll have to say... win. They are compatible, but reaching DDR3-2000 is not easy if you are not familiar with overclocking. So it will require some trial and error testing for stable voltages/settings. Not plug and play.
