I've set the four "main" timings, 8 8 8 21, appropriately but there are tons of other timing settings to play with. Can I leave these alone?

How should I configure my particular motherboard for maximum performance with this RAM?

Yes, you can leave them alone. As long as you set the first four, the rest will detect fine. Simply set frequency, timings, and voltage, and you're set. Unless you want to overclock...
