  • beeps and memory

    Hi Colleagues,

I am having random short beep when I am in windows 7 64. When I am browsing the web and excuting regulars tasks. My machine does not crash I can continue working but it is annoying. The beep can occur after an hour or a few minutes. Some time you can get beeps one after the other sometimes only one beep.
    What can I do?

    My setup is :
    GIGABYTE GA-P55M-UD4 Revision 1 Bios F9 i7860 and corsair tx-650.

with RAM F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ setup with xmp profile1.

And help to resolve this issue would be great and if there is any test I can perform can you please advice.

    Thanks you and best regards,
    Nick

The beep is coming out of the system speaker? Not really sure what could cause these random beeps...

    Thank you

9-9-9-24-2N (which should be XMP). Sounds like you may just have a bad motherboard.

        Thank you
