    Hello from Australia.

I believe I'm having the cold boot problem as described in http://gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=4059

One day, I can run Memtest for more than 10 hours, complete stability, boot Windows and torture it with Prime95, games, etc. and it won't even blink.

The next day, after it's sat off overnight, Memtest will fill the screen with errors, 109 in the first ten seconds today (and quite normally, many hundreds more to follow).

Modules are in slots A1 and B1 (the blue ones), and are seated correctly on ASUS' new horrible one clip Ram insertion design (it took me a day to realise I didn't have it in far enough initially).

The Modules work fine individually, it's only when together, either in single channel or dual channel mode, they'll misbehave.

Also, popped them in a ASUS M4A77TD PRO and experienced the same problem (My brother just wanted his old GSkill modules back).

The P7P55D is running BIOS 1610. Timings are set manually to 9-9-9-24. Automatically, tRFC is 74, we're at 1N, and the motherboard likes the idea of 1.55V.

Much help would be appreciated, and hopefully we can get this solved and off my desk so I can study for exams.

Oh, and if an RMA is required, any idea as to how long a return will take for Australia?

    Thanks

Please send them in for new replacements.

If you exchange them through our Taiwan office, it should take no longer than 2 weeks.

    Thank you
