F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL only running at 1333MHz

Model of Memory: F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL
Model of CPU: Core i7 860 @2.8GHz

I purchased 4GB of the F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL memory. The specs say 1600MHz, but the mobo only ran it at 1333MHz according to CPU-Z. I changed the Ai Overclock Tweaker to X.M.P. in the BIOS and it automatically set the profile to 1600MHz. However, CPU-Z still shows that I'm running PC3-10700 at 1333MHz.

Did I actually change the speed? I'm not sure if I should trust the BIOS or CPU-Z.

Also, should I change anything else in the BIOS aside from the X.M.P setting?

You are looking in the wrong tab. The DDR3-1333 you are looking at is the max default* value. To see what the memory is actually operating at, look in the memory tab. You should see what is in the XMP-1600 of the Timings Table.
