Need help with mem timings

Msi fx790 gd70
amd phenom II x4 955
currently ocd to 2200mhz

Can some one help me with timings on my memory, i would like to get them tighter, but i dont know what numbers to change.

DDR3-1600 tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24

If you want to attempt DDR3-1333, tCL 8 - tRCD 8 - tRP 8 - tRAS 24.

Otherwise, simply decrease timings as follows for the lowest stable value.

9-9-9-24
8-9-9-24
8-9-8-24
8-8-8-24
