need help with F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM on GA-P55A-UD4

Hello,
Could you tell me which RAM settings (freq+voltage+timings) would be best for the following system :

Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 rev1.0 (F7 BIOS)
G.Skill Kit Extreme3 4 x 2 Go PC12800 Ripjaws CAS 7
Intel? Core™ i7 860

At the moment the BIOS parameters are the safe-default ones. The system stutters a lot under windows 7 home premium x64 (every few minutes it stalls and stutters (program not responding is displayed in the title bar)), Ubuntu 10.04 live CD stalls during boot, and memtest won't run at all (just a black terminal with blinking cursor).

Enable the XMP Profile, or simply enter the settings on the memory or memory packaging.

They should be DRAM Frequency DDR3-1600, DRAM Timings tCL 7 - tRCD 8 - tRP 7 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2, DRAM Voltage 1.60V
