What are the best timmings and configs possible with F3 12800CL9D 4GBRL and ASRock M3A770DE with AMD Athlon II 245 CPU?

I would suggest DDR3-1333, 8-8-8-21 since the Athlon II 245 may have issues with DDR3-1600.

They do not fully support DDR3-1600, only DDR3-1333. BIOS tweaks will be necessary to get them to work at DDR3-1600.
