Ripjaws F3-16000 defective??

My rig has been unstable for a week or so now, RMA'd my mother board and installed the replacement board errors are still present.

I ran memtest with XMP profile enabled @ rated 2000MHz 9-9-9-24 1.65 volts
ram errored at test 3
So I bumped vdimm to 1.69 and the errors are gone, is 1.69 safe aor should the ram be rma'd?
