  • Memory errors... sometimes

Model of the motherboard: Gigabyte P55A-UD4P
Model of the memory: G.Skill Eco 1600mhz CL9
Model of the CPU: Core i5-750

I have a warm boot problem. After booting into windows and running it for a few hours, a restart would boot windows into the repair setup. I checked the memory and it had tons of errors in memtest. After I let it cool down for 5-10min I could boot into windows normally and the memory would have no errors.

Is this a memory issue or my motherboard's issue. I had already exchanged it for another as I had thought that it was my motherboard. Can you explain why it sometimes gets no errors?

Enable the XMP Profile, and test each module individually. If you continue to have the same problem, simply send them in for new replacements and the new set should work fine.

      Thank you
