Hi I have [ ECO ] F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO . They don't run at default voltages - 1.35V . I have EVGA E760 CLASSIFIED which I7 board. When I put default timing and voltage , the board resets and load with 1.5V . Is there something I am doing wrong ? thanks

Try to manually decrease DIMM Voltage to 1.35V. If it can not, then I would suggest running these at DDR3-1800 1.50V.
