Gigabyte EP45T-USB3P and G.skill Ripjaws series

I purchased a Gigabyte EP45T ? usb3P Motherboard with a Q9650 Intel cpu, I love G.SKILL memory so I ordered the
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800),
Will this work with this board and cpu or should I have ordered different G.Skill memory?

It's still not to late for me to to cancel and order different Gskill if need be.
