Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 Socket AM3 motherboard

Hi, My question is about memory compatibilty. I have bought an AMD Phenom II 965 X4 140w and an Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 Socket AM3 motherboard. I would like to run 4x2gb F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH ? Is this memory compatible to my motherboard?

If not could you please suggest some Gskill memory that would be compatible, be it in 2gb or 4gb sticks.

Yes, the memory is compatible, but in order to operate 8GB, you may need to tweak the BIOS to stabilize the system. Especially since you have the C2 older revision CPU, it can be difficult to operate 4 modules.
