Timings for G.Skill - NO Rips (Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H)

So after having problems with Ripjaws, I got G.Skill - NO Rips (http://preisvergleich.hardwareluxx.d...d/a351375.html)

Running fine so far, but occasionally I get "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT Stop: 4e" bluescreens shortly after startup. When I restart then it runs fine. Currently got the bios on default, I think it might be because the timings aren't optimal.

Can a tech guy tell me what to put there exactly? Here are pictures of my bios screen:

Manually set all the memory settings and everything should be fine.

DRAM Frequency, timings, voltage.

Yeah and I would like to know the correct timings that I should put there, could you give me what I should set?
