XMP profile only sees 4GB of 8GB, SPD see 8GB

I have 2 sets F3-17066CL8D-4GBPS installed

XMP profile only sees 4GB of 8GB, SPD see 8GB of 8GB

Any suggestions of whats going on

Remove one set and see if both sets read 4GB. Also, what is your QPI/VTT Voltage set at?
