I'm looking at the F3-16000CL9T-6GBRH and F3-16000CL9T-6GBTD on newegg. Do these modules have the same or different IC's? What are the primary differences between these two products?

They are NOT the same. Different ICs, heat spreaders, the Trident is better than the RH.

Certainly the Trident are better, I'm sure thats why you charge more for them. But why are they better? Just the heatsink? I've read that the RipJaws (RH) have some very good chips on them. I was hoping for more detail.

Simply the IC chips, they are more capable than the RH. There really isn't more detail besides they will perform slightly better under the same exact settings/circumstances.
