Setting ram to 1600

I have an EVGA P55 SLI motherboard with 4 GB (DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 2048MBx2) G Skill Ram. I set the speed from 1333 to 1600 in my bios, but i didn't change the voltage or anything it's set to automatic. It seems to be stable but i'm not sure if it's safe do i need to change anything else?

CL-9
tRCD-9
tRP-9
tRAS-24

My voltage is: 1.5


Is that okay?

If you have a 1.50V kit, then yes everything should be fine.
