    Hello,

    Computer Stats:

Model of the motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45T-DSR3 (F4c Bios updated)
Model of the memory: F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL (x2, so 8GB total)
Model of the CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU @ 3.00 GHz (stock speed, not O/C'd)

    Whats the problem?

I'm getting frequent BSOD when first turning my computer on, unless i go into bios and change DRAM voltage setting to 1.6V-1.66V. From there on it seems to run fine. However, if i turn the computer off for some time, then on again the same problem occurs, even though bios setting still shows the higher voltage settings.

I'd like very much to have all the correct bios settings for this setup, as im absolutely out of my depth here, manually adjusting ram settings through BIOS.

    Cheers,

    MightyWeasel

Increase NB Voltage to 1.40V, as the memory controller may need a boost.

    Thank you

Yep, this seems to have fixed it. I changed the MCH core voltage to 1.4V (had to google to find different name for NB voltage ) Every other setting set back to auto, are there any other settings that may need changing?

      Thanks for the fix,

As long as memory settings are manually configured properly, everything should be fine. Enjoy!

        Thank you
