I have 6gb of Ripjaw memory model # F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH...I want to add some more memory and found Ripjaws model F3-16000CL9D-4GBRH. My question is, can I do this w/o affection my comps performance?

What do you mean without affection? If you want to add more memory, I would suggest the same exact memory package, rather than different models.

Both are 4GB kits, but one is DDR3-2000. They should be able to work together, but we can not guarantee it.
