ddr3 "ECO low voltage" & mobo voltage vram help

problem:
DDR3 RAM kits ECO low voltage 1.35volt on p45 mobo socket 775

option:
Asus Deluxe Wifi p5q3 vram normal 1.5v
MSI P45 Diamond vram normal 1.5v - vram downvolt max 1.25v

Questions:
anyone can tell me how clock freq. & volts these two cards can go down by theirs bios?

for example, if the card drops below 1.5 volts, the ram will not work at 1.25 but at 1.5 volts,right?
I hope it does not, otherwise if it's true low voltage ram specification have a not correct explanation!!!

The 1.35V memory will work in BOTH motherboards. If the ASUS is limited to 1.50V minimum, then it will operate at 1.50V. The extra voltage will even allow you to operate +100-200MHz over the rated spec.

On the MSI, anything works since VDIMM goes down to 1.25V
