Timing / Voltages for F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL?

I've been trying for months to get my system stable with this RAM and it wont seem to operate near advertised speeds. It passed memtest (12h) on 1.67v but I'm not sure how safe it is to leave it there.

Using

1600mhz 9-9-9-24-2T @ 1.5V memtest errors + BSODs in Win7
1600mhz 9-9-9-24-2T @ 1.55V memtest errors + BSODs in Win7
1600mhz 9-9-9-24-2T @ 1.63V memtest errors + BSODs in Win7

Tried setting trfc to 110 and also tried previous bios versions.

motherboard : MSI 770-G45 (AM3)
bios : 10.2 (latest)
cpu : AMD x3 RANA 2.9GHZ

Try testing the memory individually with the proper settings. If one acts differently than the other, you will need to send them in for new replacements. Try increasing the HT Voltage to 1.40V, your CPU may be struggling to operate DDR3-1600.

Individually I was still getting errors with the proper settings. Just tried your suggestion of upping HT voltage to 1.4 and so far 12 hours error free @ DRAM 1.5v. Thanks!
