How to configuring RAM Timing at 7-8-7-24 of F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM

Hello!

I'm a newbie at configuring RAM Timings. Can anyone tell me the settings I need to change?
I want RAM Timings at 7-8-7-24. I know ,If I turn on XMP, turbo boost will disable. How to configuring RAM Timings and turbo boost work together?

CPU is i5-750 with orginal heatsink
RAM is F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM
Mobo is an ASUS P7P55D Pro.

You can not use Turbo Boost with a memory frequency above DDR3-1333. So if you want Turbo Boost enabled, you will need to downclock the memory to DDR3-1333.

I don't know if it's different with Intel, but my setup ran smoother with better benchmarks @ 8-8-8-24 than 7-8-7-24
