I have just bought a I5-750+GA-P55-US3L
MOB recommended " F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ" model but I bought "F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL" model
I am facing a boot trouble is it because of the ram selection

No, that memory package should work just fine with that motherboard. Try enabling the XMP Profile to see if that will set everything properly for you. If you continue to have problems, try testing them individually to insure neither module is defective.
