GA-890GPA--UD3H and F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ bio settings?

Can you tell me the correct settings for the above mentioned MB and memory? I have it set to 9-9-9-24 and with the DRAM voltage at 1.5. It keeps fluctuating for 1600 to 800 in Windows 7. I bumped up my FSB to 201, and it stops fluctuating. Is there another way to keep it from fluctuating besides OC'ing the FSB? I also have the AMD 555 BE.Thanks

you may need to disable the Cool'n'Quiet function in BIOS

I have turned off both C1E and Cool n' Quiet. I get the same result.

Very odd, may be a glitch with the BIOS. You wil need to contact Gigabyte regarding this matter.
