F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ on GA-890GPA-U3DH motherboard

Hi

This is my first build and I need help in BIOS settings for my F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ.

The motherboard I bought is

Gigabyte GA-890GPA-U3DH

After reading the forum entries I could not find the settings mentined on my motherboard bios.

The CPU-Z shows that my RAM is running at 803.3 MHZ.

Please let me know as to what information I can provide and how to setup my bios correctly for running my RAM at 1600MHZ.

Simply enable the XMP Profile, or enter the memory settings manually.

DRAM Frequency DDR3-1600
DRAM Timings tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2
DRAM Voltage 1.50V

If CPU-Z is showing 803.3MHz, that means it is operating at DDR3-1606, so the frequency is fine. Just double check the timings, voltage, and you're good to go.
