Problem with G.Skill 8GB Quad-Kit and ASUS-Board

I built together a new PC and unfortunately have some problems. I hope you can help me...

Model of the motherboard:
Asus P7P55D-E PRO P55

Model of the memory:
G.Skill DIMM 8 GB DDR3-1333 Quad-Kit (F3-10666CL9Q-8GBRL, Ripjaws-Serie)

Model of the CPU:
Intel Core i7-860

What is the problem?
Bluescreens happen a lot
